Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants with expertise in Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-based customers via email and chat. This role involves more than just customer support—you will also handle cost calculations, budgeting, and spreadsheet management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries via email and chat efficiently.

Assist customers with platform features and troubleshooting.

Track and share customer feedback with internal teams.

Provide insights on new features and functionalities to customers.

Assist in training junior chat support agents.

Maintain and update spreadsheets for budgeting and cost calculations.
Requirements:

Experience in E-commerce: Shopify, WordPress, or other online platforms.

Experience in email-based support (call center experience is NOT valid).

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems, help desk software, and remote support tools.
