We are currently seeking a Upwork Bidder to join our client in Lahore.

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships on the Upwork platform and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive bidding strategies, client acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of the architectural design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for and bid on relevant projects on the Upwork platform, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Craft compelling, customized proposals tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing the chances of winning projects.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, managing inquiries and interactions until the project reaches the meeting stage.
  • Track the success rate of proposals and provide regular feedback to improve bidding strategies and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align bidding strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor client interactions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge on Upwork.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine bidding tactics and improve win rates.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably within the architectural design and planning industry.
  • Proven experience of at least 1 year as an Upwork executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s platform and policies.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and tailor services accordingly.
  • Up-to-date understanding of freelance market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
