We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships on the Upwork platform and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive bidding strategies, client acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of the architectural design industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively search for and bid on relevant projects on the Upwork platform, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Craft compelling, customized proposals tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing the chances of winning projects.

Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, managing inquiries and interactions until the project reaches the meeting stage.

Track the success rate of proposals and provide regular feedback to improve bidding strategies and overall performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align bidding strategies with broader business objectives.

Monitor client interactions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge on Upwork.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine bidding tactics and improve win rates.
Requirements:

At least one year of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably within the architectural design and planning industry.

Proven experience of at least 1 year as an Upwork executive or in a similar role.
