We are looking for a dedicated specialist to manage customer reviews on Trustpilot and handle daily chargebacks. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to protect our brand reputation and minimise financial losses. Chargebacks include but not limited to: Shopify, Clearpay, Klarna, Amazon etc.
Skills Required
- Excellent written English for professional customer responses.
- Experience with chargebacks and payment disputes across multiple processors.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and submit chargeback evidence.
- Highly organised with attention to detail for tracking cases.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools e.g freshdesk.
- Experience in using trustpilot and responding to reviews - both good and bad.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all reviews on Trustpilot, addressing concerns and building trust.
- Handle daily chargebacks, submitting evidence and following up as needed. (For all of our payment merchants).
- Investigate disputes, confirm order details, and manage resolutions.
- Track and report chargebacks to improve dispute success rates.
- Liaise with customers to prevent and resolve disputes before escalation.
