About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Engineer who can work across the stack to solve critical business problems and help build the core of our technology platform. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical systems and the business context in which they operate. What You’ll Do:

Own large parts of the product and drive roadmaps aligned to measurable outcomes

Take features and products from concept to launch, including design, development, and testing

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new, zero-to-one products

Participate in client engagements to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Establish and refine engineering systems, tools, and processes for scale

Contribute to technical and strategic business decisions alongside leadership
Key Focus Areas:

Automating complex workflows related to insurance coverage, affordability, and fulfillment

Using AI/ML for document classification, data extraction, and intelligent responses

Building automations for multi-step, path-dependent processes using scraping and RPA
-
Designing robust state machines for coordinating interdependent process flows

Scaling systems across a broad range of drug categories, patients, and provider networks

Hardening ML pipelines against inconsistencies in clinical documentation
-
Modeling opaque external systems like insurer policies using empirical data

Creating intuitive, AI-powered user experiences for patients, physicians, and partners
Healthcare and Biopharma Use Cases:

Enabling faster, smarter drug development and access strategies

Translating complex, heterogeneous data into actionable insights

Building models to forecast trial performance, drug adoption, and rebate outcomes
