We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our social channels, schedule content, engage with followers, and manage influencer outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, content planning expertise, and an understanding of social media trends to drive engagement and brand growth.
Skills Required
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and engagement.
- Excellent customer service for responding to DMs and comments.
- Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
- Experience in influencer outreach and negotiation.
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule monthly social media content.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Respond to all DMs and comments to maintain engagement.
- Outreach to influencers and content creators, negotiating collaborations.
- Monitor and report on social media performance.
