Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Platform team. This role is crucial for building and scaling our core technology platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional products to our users. The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer with a strong emphasis on front-end development, thrives in a startup environment, and possesses outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of core platform features, with a focus on full-stack development (ideally 75% back-end).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.

Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap of the platform.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.
Must-Haves:

Proficiency in both back-end (60% preferred) and front-end development, with acceptable languages including JavaScript and Python.

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Must be capable of end-to-end development without requiring a lead.

Must be located in the Bay Area and available to work in the Redwood City office 3 days per week.

Previous experience in a startup, ideally during Series B-D funding stages.
