Job Overview:

We are seeking Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultants to support and enhance the client’s existing ERP modules, specifically the TOFA (Table of Financial Authority) and TODA (Table of Delegation Authority). The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technologies with a strong background in custom workflow development, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Process Automation (OPA). The successful candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and should be proficient in delivering high-quality ERP technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, especially related to TOFA and TODA.
• Customize and implement Oracle BPM processes to support dynamic approval flows.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows using Oracle OIC and OPA to support complex approval structures.
• Work with Oracle Gen3 OIC (Integration Cloud) for:
• Application development using OIC Visual Builder (VB).
• Dynamic workflow design using OPA.
• Integration with external systems and ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing) Databases.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and optimize existing implementations for performance and scalability.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and documentation preparation as required.​

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
• Proven expertise in Oracle BPM for dynamic approval configuration based on TOFA/TODA.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Automation (OPA).
• Strong background in Gen3 OIC, including:
• Custom application development via OIC VB.
• Advanced integration techniques.
• Workflow automation.
• Experience with Fusion-to-ATP DB integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
