About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, and experience in scheduling and conducting interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other hiring platforms.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, particularly via LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience in interview coordination and candidate assessment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
