We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with real estate companies in the UAE, with deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while meeting sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their property needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Keep up to date with the latest property trends, market values, and developments in the Dubai real estate market.

Source new properties and update existing listings; ensure that they are accurately presented online and offline.

Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, providing relevant information on each property.

Negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate transactions between buyers, sellers, and renters to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.

Prepare and review all necessary documentation for property sales, leases, and agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate and property investment community to generate new leads.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and rental process, addressing client queries, concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent with a reputable real estate company in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
