π₯πΌπΉπ² π’ππ²πΏππΆπ²π: We are looking for a detail-oriented Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end lodgement and processing of student visas, partner visas, and institution enrolments for clients based in Australia. This role sits at the intersection of accurate visa processing and clear communication — you'll ensure applications are lodged correctly and on time, while acting as a reliable point of contact for students and business partners.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:

Lodge and process student visa, partner visa, and institution enrolment applications for Australia-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current requirements.

Review and verify supporting documents (academic transcripts, financial evidence, statements of purpose, and other required paperwork) prior to lodgement.

Track application status with relevant institutions and follow up on outstanding requirements or requests for further information.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all visa lodgements, enrolments, and case statuses in the CRM system.

Respond promptly to student enquiries, resolving concerns and providing clear updates throughout the process.

Liaise professionally with B2B partners and referral agents, coordinating case updates and connecting them with the right person for immigration advice where needed.

Keep up to date with changes to student visa, partner visa, and admission requirements across partner institutions.

Meet monthly/quarterly processing and enrolment targets.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, trustworthy manner throughout.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in visa processing, admissions, or education/migration consultancy (candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail when handling documentation.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Confident communicating with both individual clients and business partners.

Prior exposure to Australian student/partner visa processes is highly regarded, though not essential
