About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our team on an immediate basis. This role demands a professional with proven, demonstrable expertise, not just theoretical knowledge. You will be responsible for managing live, day-to-day paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing, with a sharp focus on real-time performance optimisation and ROI-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize day-to-day PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads

Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real time, making data-driven adjustments proactively

Build and manage Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with hands-on strategic knowledge.

Set up, track, and optimize offline conversion tracking and import offline conversion data accurately

Conduct creative optimization — developing, testing, and iterating on ad copy, headlines, and assets

Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategy management, and A/B testing

Build and present clear, insightful performance reports for stakeholders

Identify and resolve tracking, attribution, and account configuration issues proactively

Stay current with Google Ads and Bing Ads platform updates, betas, and best practices

Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align campaign assets with performance goals
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 2 years of hands-on PPC experience managing paid search campaigns at scale

Demonstrable, real-world experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, proof required

Deep expertise in Performance Max (PMax) campaign setup, management, and optimization

Hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking and importing offline conversion data

Proven ability to perform creative optimization — writing, testing, and improving ad creatives

Strong real-time analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act quickly
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Ads interface, Editor, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) platformance.

Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking setup

Familiarity with smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions)

Ability to analyze data using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
