About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Consultant/Architect to support a major implementation project in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will play a critical role in leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, especially focusing on FCCS and EPBCS modules. The role involves direct interaction with business stakeholders, project partners, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, primarily FCCS and EPBCS.

Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical designs.

Configure workflows, reports, and data integrations.
-
Implement consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and ownership calculations.

Support statutory and management reporting compliance.
-
Optimize close timelines and processes.
-
Configure forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models.
-
Develop and maintain business rules, forms, and reports.

Manage system integrations and automation.
-
Conduct workshops, training, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Collaborate with finance, IT, and accounting teams.

Advise stakeholders on best practices and Oracle EPM capabilities.

Integrate with Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise applications.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements.

Ensure performance, scalability, and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS)

ARCS, PCMCS knowledge is a plus

Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Management Reporting

EPM Automate, FDMEE, application security

Strong grasp of financial processes: budgeting, consolidation, reporting

Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP compliance

Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Proven stakeholder management experience

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

8+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud experience

Minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations in FCCS and EPBCS

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (Master’s/CPA/CMA is a plus)

Oracle EPM certifications highly preferred
