Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR & Recruitment Manager to oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and global recruitment. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to manage workforce operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth staff scheduling while actively sourcing and hiring top talent worldwide, primarily in the UK, Pakistan, and the Philippines.

Experience in HR operations – managing schedules, time off, and leave approvals.

Strong recruitment skills – finding, interviewing, and hiring staff worldwide.

Excellent organisational and tracking abilities – ensuring workforce efficiency.

Proficiency in HR software & tools – ability to set up and manage tracking systems.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills – to liaise with employees and management.

Problem-solving mindset – able to handle scheduling conflicts and staffing gaps.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee schedules, ensuring shifts are properly assigned and no double-booking of leave occurs.

Approve and track annual leave, sick days, and time off while ensuring business continuity.

Set up and manage HR software/tools for workforce tracking and efficiency.

Actively recruit and hire staff in the UK, Pakistan, and the Philippines, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.

Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and oversee the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leaves, and work hours.

Report to management on workforce planning, recruitment updates, and HR operations.
This role is critical for maintaining an efficient workforce and ensuring the smooth operation of our global hiring strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and experienced in HR management and international recruitment.
