About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced Full Stack Software Engineers to join our San Francisco-based team. You’ll build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software that powers a dual-sided platform—connecting candidates through interviews and employers through robust data and analytics. This is an on-site position with high ownership, working closely with the co-founders and a talented, fast-moving engineering team. You’ll work on challenging problems like real-time latency, scalable system architecture, AI optimization, and seamless integration with external hiring systems, delivering real-world impact on how people get hired and how companies make decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and scale consumer-facing and enterprise software products

Architect solutions to support 1000+ simultaneous interviews across geographies

Design and optimize vector databases to support complex, high-speed candidate queries

Decrease interviewer response latency to sub-200-ms targets

Integrate seamlessly with customers’ internal ATS/hiring systems

Present interview data visually with minimal load times

Implement new feature requests quickly and efficiently

Optimize and improve the performance of our conversational AI

Collaborate with co-founders and top engineers in a high-impact, in-person environment

Launch fast, iterate often, and build tools that impact people’s careers
Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

Proven experience at the staff, senior, or principal engineer level

Comfortable owning end-to-end feature development and system design

Experienced in building real-time, scalable systems

Passionate about high-performance backend + clean, intuitive frontend interfaces

Excellent problem-solving and product thinking skills

Excited to work in person in a fast-paced, startup environment
