About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Student Counselor to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a student consultancy firm, is confident on calls, and understands how to guide students and parents toward the right study abroad decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads
• Counsel students and parents about international study opportunities (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe)
• Understand each student's academic background and recommend suitable universities and programs
• Guide students through the complete admission and documentation process
• Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Stay updated on university programs, entry requirements, and visa processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 1–3 years of experience in a student consultancy or education sales role
• Strong outbound calling and lead conversion skills
• Good communication in both Urdu and English
• Knowledge of study abroad destinations and admission processes
• Ability to handle objections and build trust with students and parents
• Must be based in Lahore
