We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Inventory, Procurement & Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimise inventory, procurement, and international logistics operations across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning and forecasting, supplier coordination (particularly with China-based suppliers), international shipments (air and sea), landed cost calculations, and maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management systems such as Veeqo.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in e-commerce supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor stock levels across warehouses and fulfilment centers using inventory management systems (e.g., Veeqo).

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory visibility across all locations.

Perform demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Track stock movements including inbound shipments, stock transfers, and outbound orders.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

Coordinate with local and international suppliers, especially China-based manufacturers and warehouses.

Finalize purchase orders, including quantities, lead times, packaging, labelling, and specifications.

Verify supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Identify new products, market trends, and sourcing opportunities.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure packaging, manuals, and product documentation are up to date.

Arrange and manage international shipments via air and sea freight.

Coordinate container bookings, customs clearance, unloading, and delivery.

Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and ensure timely deliveries.

Manage shipment documentation, packing lists, and coordination with warehouse staff.

Calculate per-product shipping costs using container shipping calculators.

Update final landed cost (COGS) and input new stock into the system.

Track logistics and shipping costs and support cost-optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales data, inventory levels, and advertising costs.

Ensure quality checks of incoming stock.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, logistics efficiency, and supply chain processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory and supply chain operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with inventory management systems (preferably Veeqo).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Hands-on experience in international logistics and supply chain management.

Knowledge of air and sea freight operations, container shipments, and customs processes.

Understanding of shipping cost calculations, landed cost, and COGS.
