Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team, introduce robust financial controls, and drive best practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with SME businesses, an in-depth understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models, and a passion for financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance financial reporting, KPI tracking, and MI visibility to align with private equity standards.

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and international expansion.

Lead the finance team, upskill team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.

Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and decision-making.
