We are currently seeking a dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client in London.

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team, introduce robust financial controls, and drive best practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with SME businesses, an in-depth understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models, and a passion for financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance financial reporting, KPI tracking, and MI visibility to align with private equity standards.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and international expansion.
  • Lead the finance team, upskill team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a CFO in SME businesses.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS and recurring revenue models.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong passion for best practices in financial management.
  • Extensive experience in FP&A and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
