About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Sales Coordinator to support our Business Sales Department. The selected candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and clients. This role involves process coordination, timely follow-ups, and CRM management to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the Business Sales team and clients to ensure effective communication

Manage and track follow-ups, client interactions, and sales processes

Update and maintain records using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms

Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, documentation, and internal processes

Identify and resolve any gaps or delays in communication or workflow
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
