We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Operations Generalist to join our client onsite in Redwood, CA.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this fluid role, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of our business, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to key functions. Your initial areas of focus will include:

• Customer Success:

  • Ensure our customers have an exceptional experience with our product.
  • Assist with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and presentations.
  • Swiftly address customer inquiries and develop systems to anticipate and offload requests.

• Business Development:

  • Support strategic partnership calls and assist with other business development needs as required.

• Marketing:

  • Contribute to PR and marketing initiatives, including product launches and social media campaigns.

• Recruiting:

  • Source and manage candidates, including employees and contractors, to support our team’s growth.

• Process Management:

  • Establish and manage ongoing processes to ensure we meet our service level agreements (SLAs) and goals.
  • Help maintain and enhance our strong company culture as we scale.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an operational or highly cross-functional role.
• A strong sense of urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Exceptional communication skills—highly responsive and able to convey information clearly and succinctly.
• Available to work full-time in our Redwood City office.

Strongly Preferred:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in reviewing commercial or legal agreements.
