Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. You will be responsible for building targeted lead lists, initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients, and booking discovery calls to support our business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to identify and engage with high-intent prospects.
  • Build, manage, and optimize lead lists based on industry, job title, company size, and geography.
  • Initiate and maintain conversations with prospects, leading to booked discovery calls.
  • Develop and optimize LinkedIn messaging scripts to improve response rates and lead conversions.
  • Track outreach performance, testing and refining approaches to maximize results.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, lead engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-ups with leads.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn messaging best practices and social selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients and build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage outreach campaigns, and hit performance targets.
  • Experience with tracking and optimizing outreach scripts for better response rates.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage and track lead progression is a plus.
