We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to oversee and optimise our Amazon operations. This role requires expertise in product listings, A+ content, FBA logistics, PPC management, and account health maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of Amazon selling, from product uploads to advertising, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and maximising sales performance.
 
Skills Required
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central – full understanding of listing management, FBA, and platform operations.
- Strong PPC Advertising Knowledge – experience in creating and optimising Amazon PPC campaigns.
- A+ Content & Brand Store Management – ability to create and improve A+ content in collaboration with designers.
- Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategy – ability to research market trends and optimise pricing for maximum profitability.
- Listing Optimisation – experience in keyword research, improving product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for better ranking.
- Review & Feedback Management – handling customer feedback, responding to reviews, and maintaining a strong seller rating.
- Amazon Policy Compliance – ensuring listings adhere to Amazon’s guidelines and preventing violations.
- Account Health Management – monitoring performance metrics (ODR, IPI) and resolving account warnings.
- Deals & Promotions Management – setting up Lightning Deals, Coupons, and special promotions to boost sales.
- Amazon Brand Registry & Protection – managing trademarks, protecting the brand, and handling counterfeit claims.
- Reporting & Analytics – tracking sales, return rates, and advertising performance to improve overall strategy.
- Expanding to New Amazon Markets – launching and managing products in international Amazon marketplaces.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all listings are optimised for conversion.
- Create A+ Content by working closely with designers to enhance product pages.
- Send goods internationally via FBA, managing logistics and ensuring timely shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via Amazon messaging.
- Handle disputes and claims, ensuring smooth resolution and maintaining account health.
- Optimise PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce ad spend inefficiencies.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Amazon policies to prevent listing suspensions.
- Regularly analyse sales performance, return rates, and competition to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee deals and promotions, ensuring discounts and campaigns align with sales objectives.
