Job Overview:
As an SDR at our agency, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in generating qualified leads. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and nurture prospects that could benefit from our services. Your goal will be to generate new business opportunities and set up meetings for our Account Executives, driving growth and success for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to identify potential clients.

Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit with our services, ensuring they meet the criteria for follow-up.

Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads by researching and identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.

Book meetings for the sales team by engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and effectively articulating the agency’s value proposition.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure smooth lead handoffs.

Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, document communications, and maintain accurate records.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Help refine and optimize the SDR process, sharing insights with the broader team to improve lead generation strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive first impression for all prospects.
Required Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales development role, preferably within a marketing agency or related field.

Strong understanding of sales development best practices, lead qualification, and outreach strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and other sales tools.

Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Strong research skills and the ability to identify and target the right prospects.

Knowledge of the marketing industry and an understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in a marketing agency or technology-driven company.
